Honesty & integrity are our underlying philosophies. We use NO high pressure tactics and focus on building relationships.
We will produce your projects promptly and provide realistic estimates of time requirements. We usually complete jobs ahead of deadline.
We will never share any of your contact or payment information with anyone, for any reason.
We collect your email address and name when you sign up for The Edge Up, our newsletter. We will, however, never use this information for anything except the newsletter and occasional information we think you’ll be interested in receiving. You can leave our list at any time with no obligation.
We do not keep your credit card information once you make a purchase or pay your bill with your credit card and will request it again for each purchase you make with us.
Proofing and Editing
We will make every effort to locate and correct all errors prior to your review; however, the Client is responsible for final proofing of all work. Our responsibility is limited to providing you with originals only, and does not extend to reproduction. Therefore, if applicable, proofread your project very carefully PRIOR to any reproduction. Errors or omissions found after reproduction are the Client's responsibility. All our pricing includes two sets of author’s changes at no extra cost. We find this is adequate for most jobs. But we’re happy to make as many changes you wish after the initial two sets of changes – at our hourly rate.

Her philosophy is to assist her clients in producing marketing strategies and materials to bring their message to their clients in the most effective way possible. Her clients include pest control companies of all sizes and in locations across the U.S.
She is a frequent contributor to PCT magazine, Profile and PCO magazines. June is a speaker on pest control association programs on topics of customer service, marketing & communications.

A graduate of Iowa Wesleyan College, June Van Klaveren began her career as an elementary school English teacher. Her interests in education and communication continued in her 25-year career with Whitmire Micro-Gen.
In her spare time, she and her husband participate in the St. Louis Therapy Dog program with their 5 lb. Papillon dog visiting St. Louis Childrens' Hospital.
